Create new pricing type on the contract header called - Index
Index will not be used for Category contracts. ONLY for Commodity contracts.
They are used to adjust the final price up or down. Typically, one or two cents.
If Category is selected on the Contract Header, Index pricing type will not be available.
When Index is selected at the contract header, two fields on the sequence will be visable. Index & Adjustment.
Index will be a dropdown with the title of the index.
Adjustment will be used to adjust the final price at the time of invoicing and be able to display 6 digits if used.
