Issue: Cancelled contract shows in basis componant report
1. Go to Contract Details screen.
2. Select cancelled contract sequence.
3. Click on basis component button in Detail search screen. It shows the Basis componant report for the sequence.
Expectation: It should not show basis componant report for cancelled sequence.
