User Confi:
Contract Approval is not configured.
Contract Amendment is configured.
1. Open an Contract which is Approved.
2. Duplicate contract.
3. Click on save.
4. Submit for approval message is showing.
Expectation: Submit for Approval message should not display while duplicating approved contract.
