ISSUE
Login to i21 in the browser
- Press F12 - Go to Network tab
- Go to i21 screen
- Click on Contract Management - Contracts
- Go to Developer Tools windows (the open that we opened with F12) - in Network tab - click on clear to clear the log
- Go to i21 screen
- Open any contract (e.g. 1005247.58)
- Go to Developer Tools window - you will notice that there is a gap for 2 to 3 secs of no activity.
- Clear the log
- Go to i21 screen
- Click on Status in the contract screen that we just opened
- Go to Developer Tools window and Clear the log
- Go to i21 screen
- Close the status window
- Click on Status in the contract screen that we just opened (we are doing it second time so that you can see the issue clearly)
- Go to Developer Tools window - you will notice that there is a gap for 2 to 3 secs of no activity.
- This behavior is the same when you open Load Shipment Schedule screen from i21 menu
- I've attached the screen shots for both the operations that I just performed

Reduce the gap to less than a second.
After Opening an editor screen. It is making ScreenPermission request and ContrrolPermission Request. There is a delay of 2 to 3 seconds between those requests. This delay is happeing while opening any screen.
