Create a Rapid Contract Entry screen for the Contracts screen. This screen will allow for a very fast way to create a new Contract.

The user would select the template, then based on that it would display Future, Basis and/or Cash Price. Ex, Basis pricing type would hide the Futures and Cash Price. Priced pricing type would display Futures and Basis. Cash pricing type would display the Cash Price only. All other required fields are available on the template that the user can setup ahead of time.
Once the user fills in the fields, they would click the "Create" button which would open the Contract screen and fill out all the required fields. At this point the user could decide to edit some of the fields and click Save when they are done.
This screen will be launched from the "Rapid Contract Entry" menu item being added to the new menu as part of the following JIRA: http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/SM-3121
