* When moving quantity from one sequence to another, without unslicing both sequences, now always triggers a new approval flow. This is unnecessary if the total quantity of the contract doesn't change.
* Please only trigger the approval flow if the total qty of the sequences doesn't match the contracted quantity.
* Please give a warning message of mismatching qty's as well before the approval flow is started.
* Right now users can achieve this using slicing however they do not have a way to adjust the quantity if they need to adjust quantity within the existing sequences
