* Currently when the contract is created with multiple sequences, we do not allow the user to change the locaiton if the "Multiple Price" checkbox is checked
* JDE needs this flexibility to change the location
* For e.g. they might have created a contract with 3 sequences all with Utrecht as the location. However later they may assign sequence 2 to Zug office
* This flexibility is required since each office is responsibile for monitoring and performing their location's logistics activities
* We need to also ensure that Shipping Instructions (e.g LSI) and Shipping advices (e.g. LS) are also updated for any location changes by calling logistics SP.
* We need to ensure that this handled with a setting so that it has no impact on other cutomer flows
