Approval amendment log not showing when item is changed.

Description Issue: Amendment Log does not show item changed.   1. Open an already approved contract.   2. Open the sequence and change the Item to different item.   3. System triggers amendment approval.   4. Log in to approval account and open the Approve Transaction.   5. Check the amendment Log. The item changed does not show.   Expectation: Amendment log should display the Item changed made by user.
