*ISSUE*
1. Create a contract header.
2. Add sequence.
3. Sent for approval.
4. Approve the contract
5. Slice the sequence in 2.
6. Edit the 2nd sequence start date.
7. Click on Save.
It does not trigger amendment process.
*Expectation:*
If there is a changed in the sequence after slicing/Unslicing then Contract should trigger amendemnt process.
if there is no changed in the sequence then it should not trigger amendment process.
Amendment Log should display proper changes.
