Manual Distribution is not creating DP contracts when there is a split.
*+Steps to recreate:+*
Create Inbound ticket with 50/50 split distribution to DP (delayed Price) for both sides of the split.
Click Process on Manual Distribution screen.
Error Message saying that the Storage Contract is missing for contract creation.
The message only occurs when the ticket is split.
