Scenario:
- User creates a contract header and sequence
- Feed goes to SAP
- User now cancels the sequence
- Next day, user opens the same sequence and changes the status from Cancel to Open
- It should not be allowed. Once the sequence is cancelled it is cancelled for good.
- System should not allow any changes to the cancelled sequence
