*Issue:* Incomplete Rate After Pricing a Contract and Price Issue
*Steps to Replicate:*
1. Create a Purchase Contract (Basis- Header / Basis - Sequence)
* Sequence Currency = GBP
* Counter Currency = USD
* (Make sure the Currency Exchange Rate GBP to USD has 16 decimal places.)
2. Run this script https://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/attachment/715374/CT-10626_query.sql to check the actual sequence forex rate.
3. Price the Contract

*Acceptance:* Rate should be complete even after pricing the contract and fnCTConvertToSeqFXCurrency should return a correct price
