Currently one document can be selected at a time. So user needs to click on each blank row that enables the dropdown, select the document and move on to next.
Probable Solution
Allow them to select multiple docs together. Provide a pop up screen which lists all the docs. user can select multiple documents and hit save/ok. All of them list in the grid
