When you create a new entity if the new entry is coming from a prospect then the prospect entity type is not defaulted.

* go to the opportunity screen
* Do not select an entity
* click the enity button
* the duplicate sech comes up (cool)
* Entity type
** Duplicate search does not have entity type
** the duplicate search does not fill entiy type from the opportunity screen
* fill in information
* Click search then add
Expected behavior
# since the entity is created from the opportunity screen we would assume it is a prospect.
