Description *Why*   Customer would like to track a series of emails or actions that will get the customer to an expected result.   is it much like a to do list for our customers.     Purpose of the tab   * Create a location to create multiple emails to all the contacts on a campaign * contact Description : Field to track the description of the contact * Template - link to a "mail Merge template" to allow you to create a customized campaign ** The template is a word doc or html doc that would be sent to the customer. * Type - Tracks Email - phone etc. * Date scheudled - this is the date the email shoudl be sent * Date sent - this is the date the email was sent * Send button - lauches the email ** This wll bulk send emails to everone contact on the campaign. ** there must be an opt out section on the email *** Set the opt out of adversting flag to yes * Send to - linked to the field on the contact - yes no stop. ** If you select the yes button then all the contacts marked with the yes flag will be sent to ** this allows you to send followup to people that said yes to the mailer and people that said no !pastedImage_d55748_0.png!           !pastedImage_d55748_1.png!
