Unable to save opportunity if an activity is linked
Console error when saving
+Steps:+
1. Go to CRM > Activities > Opportunity
2. Click New button > Input necessary details
3. Navigate and open activities tab
4. Click New event / task / call > input necessary details > save activity
5. go back to details tab > save
