Add Card type from the customer payment to the undeposited funds and bank deposit screens
* So that the payments can be recociled easily
* When a customer is trying to reconcile a credit card deposit then they will need to be able to see the type of card.
* Vantiv should send back the type of card we are processing and we should save that with the deposit
* The deposit information should be added to the bank deposit detail
