Requirements:
1. Add Location and Entered By columns on Add Undeposited Payments screen.
2. Add Location combo box
2.1 This field will default to the Location selected on Bank Deposit screen.
2.2 Field should still allow user to change the default value and should filter the grid data.
2.3 Make this a required field wherein adding of paymets is not allowed unless Location is selected.
2.4 Upon adding of undeposited payments, the Location on Bank Deposit should default to the Location selected on Add Undeposited Payments.
