Cannot Move Forward After Printing Checks, Must Close Out an Re-open

Description So I was working with Delta today and they got stuck after printing a batch of checks. This is what happened:   1. Print a batch of checks, do not actually go to the print screen, just have the report open.   2. Close the report, it will not ask you to commit or fail because you haven't gone to the print screen.   3. Generate a report for that same batch of checks, while it is generating, click the magnifying glass of the first report, in the report viewer.   4. On the first report, commit the checks   5. On the second report go to the print screen but cancel out.   6. A blank list will come up asking you to print or fail checks. You cannot get out of this screen because no checks can be committed or failed.   We need it to allow you to leave the commit or fail screen without commiting or failing anything when 0 checks are avaliable to fail or commit.   This is a weird situation, but it shouldn't require the customer to restart their browser.
