Bank File Formats screen removed the entered details on Check Record tab

Description Steps:   1. Go to Cash Management > Bank File Formats   2. Click New   3. Fill in Name   4. Click Account Header Record tab   5. Click on Check Record tab   6. Fill in the grid   i.e.   !pastedImage_d43646_0.png! 7. Click Save   Issue:   Record indicates saved but removed the details !pastedImage_d43646_1.png!
