1. Go to Cash Management > Bank Accounts
2. Select a bank from the listing list from Bank Accounts screen
3. Click View
4. Click on the Bank Name combo box
5. Select a different a bank from the one that is selected
6. Click Save

It allowed to change

Changing of Bank Name from combo box with transaction records should not be allowed. This will create future problem for bank data and will question the integrity of the data. Additionally, changing of account number should also not be allowed. However, changing of bank name should still be allowed from Bank screen or the use of bank toolbar button. This should not limit the user to change the name of the bank from the proper form.
