1. Go to System Manager > Company Preferences
2. Make sure that Functional Currency and Reporting Currency are blank
3. Go to Cash Management > Bank Accounts
4. Click New to create

Currency appear to have already setup that creates confusion and result to an error when saving.

Currency should change to blank by default when creating a new bank account to avoid confusion that its already been setup in company preferences. Or that its not necessary to click on the combo box to select the currency. Instead, it will not just be saved when its empty.
