Steps:
1. This is new Bank Account setup and there is assigned GL Account ID already.

2. Try to type in 2015 to change the account id and it will automatically change the GL Account ID into 11111-2015.

Issue:
The GL Account field will say Must be a Cash Account.
Accepted.
Account ID should be allowed be edited.
