Repro Steps:
1. Go to Bank Reconciliation screen.
2. Select a Bank Account
3. Click the !pastedImage_d27382_0.png! icon to show the filter field.
4. Click filter dropdown.
5. Select the blank space on first selection.
Result:
!pastedImage_d27382_1.png! User can select a blank filter option that shows as " "
Expected Result:
There should not be a blank option.
