2. Click New toolbar
3. Fill in information.
4. Click any of the following toolbars:
* Save
* Bank
* MICR
* Check Audit
* Reconciliation
* Register

Toolbars are not opening.
Expected Result:
Clicking on a toolbar should open the corresponding page.
