Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-204213 - Bank Account Register not current|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-204213] Version: 17.3.1016.85   + *Steps:* +   1. Restore customers database. See environment for db directory.   2. Go to Cash Management > Bank Account Register.   3. Select bank account 2-3814.3   Take note of the last transaction record sorted by recent date.   4. Upgrade database to 17.3.1016.85 or even the latest 17.3.1017.92.   5. Go back to Cash Management > Bank Account Register.   6. Select same bank account.   + *Result:* +   Missing data.
