Restore the customers database. See environment for db directory.   2. Go to Cash Management > Bank Transaction.   3. Click New.   4. Enter a bank transaction.   i.e   See comment.   5. Click Save or Post.   + *Result:* +   !pastedImage_d84396_0.png!   I tried upgrading the db to 17.3.1013.83 but still the same.
