When you filter records you should be able to clear only the filtered records.
*Use Case:*
* create 20 ACH payments
* Filter the deposits by description
* Then filter by dates
* if you want to select all 20 of those payments you must click on them individually
*Solution:*
Add a checkbox to "clear filtered records"
add a checkbox to "unclear filtered records"
