Commit for paychecks is going away in 16.3. Currently, the ACH advises are e-mailed when committed.
Need to have the ability to select if employee wants ACH e-mailed instead of printing, and if so, e-mail when others are printed.
If advise is being e-mailed, they do not want to print it.
