*Business case:*
* Users would like to be able to easily enter cash management transactions
* For some users Location is important on the cash management transaction
** it segregates transactions by the location that completed the operation
** it makes it easier to filter and search trasnactions
* For some users location is not important and they have only one
there fore it would be great to default the location and cash account on every transaction
*Requirements:*
Location should be defaulted from current location
Cash account should be defaulted from the cash account on the location.

Default the cash account on the from the company location to the folowing screens:

* Bank Deposit Batch Entry
* Bank Transactions
* -Bank Transfers- Not necessary - treasury function
* -Miscellaneous checks- function retired in 17.4
