* Site Type = Remote or Extended Remote
* Controller Type = (PacPride or CFN depending on the network)
* Location (Address, City, State) = From Import File (PacPride only has address and City, but CFN should have State)
* PacPride Host ID = from import file
* PP Site Type = from import file for PacPride only
