+Steps:+
# Setup email in company configuration
# From Sales AR > Customers > select a customer and add a test email address in Entity tab and Contacts tab. Add CF invoice as email distribution. Save.
# From Card Fueling > Transaction > click New
# Enter the details for transaction. Select the customer with email distribution setup in step 2.
# Save and Post the transaction.
# From CF > Invoice > enter the parameters and click Run
# Select the customer with the newly created transaction. Click Email > Email Template.
# Add a header image. Save.
# Click Email Invoice. Email should be sent to the customer test email address. Check the email and the header image. Image is not showing.
# Still in Invoice screen, click Email > Email Template. Remove the header image and save. Unable to remove and save.
+Issue:+
* Email Template - Header image is not showing in the Email body and if we remove the image from template it is not saving the template.
* _Root Cause:_Logo template is not implemented

* Should show the header image placed in email template on a sent email.
