Steps:
1. Open card account
2. Open a Account ( 1571)
3. Go to cards tab
4. Selelct all button
5. click on open .
Issue
Now it is selecting a blank line bottom and while opening a card it is openong a differrent card which is not related to the same customer.

Acceptance:
Should not include a dummy row when selecting all accounts.
