Can not manually enter Card number for NBS transaction

Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-269751 - CF-TRANSACTION NBS Net cannot select card in card number field.|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-269751]   Attempting to enter a corrected card into the CF>TRANSACTION>TRANSACTION-DETAIL Tab, for a card not found on import. The Card has since been added. Go to the transaction with the error. Enter the card number and the card drop down will not appear. This is an NBS network that is linked to the VOY network card file. It acts as if it doesnt know how to find the linked card file. Enter a new transaction setting the network as Voyager and the same card is entered, the file is accessed and the drop down listing the card works as it should.   So believe that the card number field access and drop down are not opening the Linked TO network card file from the linked From network in the edit screen. This will make editing a NBS transaction for a missing card impossible. Must act exactly as if the card is on its own network, when the Transaction being edited is on the linked from network looking for a card on the Linked To network.
