Requirements:
* New Field in Network Setup to to Network used other Network Cards
* Match cards in Linked Network cards if unable to match with primary network
* When creating transaction allow users to select from Linked network cards

*Overview* : Customer process 2 different transaction file, NBS does no foreign sales and VOY does only foreign sales.
*Objective:* To remove the needs to maintain cards twice and in to networks,
*Requirements:*
* Add new fields in networks screen
** Linked network cards - this will allow networks to use other networks cards.
*** Combo box - Selection of all network other than itself
