Posted transaction is showing foreign site, however, when you look at the transaction and click the account to look at account, system returns the correct site:

* Issue
** When a Foreign Sale Transaction has a 3rd Party Credit Card that partially matches to a customer card it is assigning the customer card to the transaction.
* Requirements
** During Import, do not Assign IntCardId to Foreign Sales Transactions
