** An Extended Remote Transaction was sent in duplicate by the network and had to be reversed
** The Extended Remote Site did not have a Tax group, and the only from the original import.
** When the quantity was changed to negative the taxes were not recalculated
* Requirements
** Recalculate Taxes on Quantity changes.
