* Issue
** When importing Local Transactions from CFN File Types.
** The Transfer cost is 0. But they are actually sending the Transfer Cost as the Original Pump Price.
** This will make it similar to how PacPride worked.
* Steps:
** Go to Card Fueling > Transaction
** Import a CFN Transactions and verify Cost field for Local Type
* Requirements
** During Import
*** When Network Type = CFN and Transfer Cost = 0
**** Copy Pump Price to Transfer Cost
