Steps:

the following Example is not calculating the correct Price
1. Special Tax rule set up (SST is not in the Price in the FIle)
2. This Customer is SST exempt
the unit is 1 at 266.99
the new calculated Gross and Net pre Unit amount should be 266.99 not 268.644518
Acceptance:
Calculate Special Tax and Tax Exemption like below:
* Example 1 - Original Gross Price with Special Tax
** Orig Gross Price = 10.00 does not include special tax of 10% sales tax.
** Qty = 1
** If No Exemption. Calc Gross Price = 11
** If Special Tax is Exempt. Calc Gross Price = 10
*** 10 + Special Tax of 1 - Exemption of 1 = 10
* Example 2 - Original Gross Price with no Special Tax
** Orig Gross Price = 11
** Sales tax of 10% (NOT special)
** Qty = 1
** If No Exemption = Calc Gross Price = 11
** If Exemption = Calc Gross Price = 10
