Issue:
1. Card Fueling > Reports > Summary by Customer
2. When selecting the drop down, the customer number list only goes up to 004606 and will not allow user to enter a greater number. Please see screen shots in the comments section for reference.
Acceptance:
Drop down should contain all customers or allow user to manually enter customer number.
