* Objective
** Tax reports need additional information to be usable for reporting to state and federal agencies..
* Requirements
** On CF>REPORTS>TAXES BY SITE/CUSTOMER>
*** On Screen
**** When Sorting Options = Customer
***** Add Customer Tax Id Drop Down with the following options
****** Federal (Default)
****** State
***** Field will be disabled when Sorting Options <> Customer
*** On Report
**** When Sorting Options = Customer
***** Add Tax ID to the heading of the customer page break section.
****** Tax ID Should come from
******* Entity > General Tab
******** Federal Tax ID when Screen > Customer Tax Id = Federal
******** State Tax ID when Screen > Customer Tax Id = State
***** Add Zip Code to the Customer Address
