Issue:
Cant load transaction history for Cards set inactive.
Steps:
Loading transaction history SYSMGR>CARDFUELING>IMPORT POSTED TRANSACTIONS
When loading a years worth of history cards that were active 6 months ago, but are now inactive causes the history load to flag those OLD transactions as invalid. When in fact they were valid at the time they were done, but because the card is Now currently inactive they flag as invalid. This edit make's sense on new transactions load. but for a historical load. it should be allowed. Or an inactive as of date added to the flag field so that transaction prior to that date will load with out error.
The check should also be for a true missing card verses a card set inactive. inactive cards history should load, actual missing card should error with the error Unable to find card. That would make more sense.
I have 417 invalid transactions for just 3 months of history. Loading a year which is typical would be prohibitive to search through. This impact the go live process, as if there are errors that require complete clearing of the transactions then they have to wait to start thier new imports.

Acceptance:
Should not flag previous transactions in history as invalid if card becomes inactive.
