** Tested City of Fort Wayne to Encode 700+ Cards at once
*** The Encode Grid would only interacting with the first 50 records
* Steps:
** Create multiple CF Cards
** Add to Encoding
** Verify Encoding screen to display all Cards (500 cards or more)
* Requirements
** Adjust Encode Grid to show all cards that have been added to the encoding table
** Ensure that Check All/Uncheck All, Print Card list, Print Pin List, and Encode buttons all support full cards of 1,000+ at a time.
