Calculation of CF Pricing when:
1) SST Tax is setup as Percentage Tax assigned on a Unit Tax
2) SST Tax is setup as Percentage Tax assigned on a Unit Tax, but at the same time, setup as a Special Tax
* Issue:
** Calc Net Price on Index Retail is wrong and causing transactions not to match AR total
** This caused Update AR to fail.
* Steps:
** Setup Tax group and tax exemption to customer
** Create transaction to apply special tax
** Verify pricing calculation
* Requirement
** Calc Net Price should = Round(Calc Gross Price * Actual Quantity, 2) - Total Actual Calc Taxes / Actual Quantity
