* Objective
** Have concise fuel summary report to provide to Customer without giving any sensitive cost/gross profit/margin data.
* Requirements
** Change Summary by Customer Report Filters to be on a Screen first, then generate a report
*** Similar to Summary By Site
*** Filters that should be available on the screen
**** Customer (Multi-select)
**** Transaction Date Range
**** Posted Date Range
**** CF Invoice Date Range
**** Network
**** Site State
**** Item (Multi-Select)
**** Hide Profits (Yes/No)
** CF > Reports > Summary by Customer
*** Add option to hide profits when generating report
**** Default to No
*** When Hide Profits = Yes
**** Do not display Cost, GP Amt, GP% on Customer Section or Grand Totals Section
*** When Hide Profits = No
**** Show Columns including Cost, GP Amt, GP% on Customer Section or Grand Totals Section
