SYSMGR>CONVERSONS>CF>Import Posted Transactions
Foreign sales does not have a vehicle table to use against the import file. they are not the customers of the marketer, so should not be checked or produce an error. Same true with regular transaction import.
This makes thousands of otherwise OK historical transaction flag as invalid. Cant load the Transaction History for conversion clean.
