*Issue:*
Importing Posted Transaction from SYSMGR>CONVERSION>CF>Import Posted Transactions Imports transaction with an error, but does not post the tax information for the transaction.
All Items, Sites have been verified as being in the tables. CF Tax table complete, Error not seen before. Import File attached.

*Steps:*
1) Go to System Manager > Imports and Conversions
2) Under Card Fueling menu, click Import Posted Transaction
3) Import provided file
4) Verify imported CF Transactions
*Acceptance:*
Should be able to import CF Posted Transactions without error.
