* Objective
** User is wanting to adjust Card Name length and/or Vehicle number showing on Statement transaction history.
* Requirements
** Card Accounts > Add Drop Down Option to Print Site Address
*** All - Separate Line
** Import Card Accounts from CSV should allow a value of Print Site Address = All - Separate Line
** When Printing CF Invoice
*** For all Site Address formats that print on a second line
**** Indent Second Line by approxmiately 5 characters or .10 inch
**** Remove Word Site Address
*** When Print Side Address = All - Separate Line
**** For Second Line #
***** Add Site # and Site Name to beginning of second line
***** Trim extra blank space between Address, City, State,
**** For First Line #
***** Remove Site # and Description
***** When Primary Sort = Vehicles
****** Expand Card # and Description for empty space
***** When Primary Sort = Card
****** Expand Vehicle # and Description for Empty Space
***** When Primary Sort = Miscellanous
****** Expand Vehicle # and Description and Card # and Description for Empty Space
**** Else
***** Retain spacing and formating on first line as current configurations.
* Test Scenarios
** New Print Site Address Format and verify first and second detail lines
** All other Print Site Address Formats and verify first and second detail lines
