*Issue:*
It appears that the KY tax exempt taxes are being taken out twice. Causing I21 to be .23 cents per gallon lower than the AFS price per gallon.

1) Import CF Transaction with KY Tax exemption
2) Open imported trans then verify tax calculation
*Acceptance:*
Calculate correct Gross/Net Amount when having Tax Exemptions
