Objective:
Unposted transactions grid display's only 2 decimals for the quantity. It is also rounding it up to the 2 decimals. It needs to display at least 3 and not round. The detail transaction screen is showing it as three decimals. This makes trying to match up transactions in the grid with detail one from the controller/pheonix much harder. You have to open the transaction to be able to match the quantity to know if you have the correct record.

Requirements:
Display quantity in proper decimals on the Transaction grid, do not round up/down.
